The Opportunity
We are seeking a talented Java Developer who is passionate about building scalable user-friendly this role you will work with a dynamic diverse team to develop enhance and maintain landing pages web portals and back-end services crucial to our payment solutions.

Experience: 7 to 10 Years
Education: B.E/ Skills:
- Experience developing enterprise Java 8 AND Java 11 applications
- Hands-on Experience in J2EE applications JPA Hibernate EJB experience with memory management performance issues performance tuning Load Balancing server setup.
- Worked on Production Issues.
- Should have a working knowledge of XML JSON web services (SOAP & REST).
- Preferably from Card Domain
- Should be a independent contributor
- Familiar with various design patterns and techniques
- Solid Experience writing Junit component and integration tests
- Database-related technologies: ORACLE PL/SQL
- Basic Linux and basic Linux Scripting
- Experience developing in both software tiers front end with HTML /CSS/JS back end and database queries
- Responsible for full cycle systems development activities including software design development and deployment to launch new systems and enhance existing systems
- Experience with tools: Shell scripting Cloud CI/CD Git Gitlab Jenkins JIRA Maven Nexus repository Manager SonarQube SoapUI Postman JBOSS 7.4 Developer Studio Eclipse/IntelliJ
- Knowledge on Cloud based applications.
- Should have worked in the distributed agile model and continuous integration
- NICE TO Have: Spring/Spring boot framework/Microservice Tapestry.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly initiative-taking and solution-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing modern and modular Java/J2EE applications using current coding and testing standards.
- Working collaboratively and closely with a global team of technologists .
- Strong ability to lead with ideas and innovation.
- Participating in agile ceremonies and actively driving towards the teams goals.
- Part of Fully Responsible Agile Team Managing full cycle from Dev Unit Testing CICD Testing to production maintenance
- Monitor application performance using APM tools (e.g. Dynatrace ) to identify bottlenecks and diagnose performance issues.
- Collaborate with development operations and QA teams to establish performance benchmarks and implement effective testing strategies.
- Analyze application metrics logs and traces to identify trends and proactively address performance issues.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide visibility into application performance metrics for stakeholders.
- Conduct root cause analysis of application performance issues and recommend solutions or optimizations.
- Assist in the design and implementation of continuous performance improvement initiatives including performance testing and load testing strategies.
- Optimize application deployments configurations and resource allocations for improved performance and scalability.
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends in application performance management and monitoring.
