Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your program management expertise in a dynamic and people-centric field. Youll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.
Youll play a pivotal role in shaping the growth and development journey of our employees. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (HR leadership teams external vendors) manage and deploy training initiatives and create impactful learning experiences and much more.
Youll specifically take care of planning and deploying training programs (virtual and in-person) as part of the L&D calendar but also ensure seamless execution of onboarding and leadership development initiatives.
Well look to you for:
Managing the Learning Management System including course and session creation attendance tracking and feedback collection
Preparing monthly and quarterly reports on L&D KPIs such as participation rates learning hours achieved and session feedback
Promoting learning initiatives through internal communication materials
Designing and delivering behavioral training content such as Business Communication and Effective Presentations
Planning and executing comprehensive onboarding experiences for new employees
Tracking and reporting on L&D evaluation metrics
Ensuring professional and timely execution of training sessions including managing logistics communication and participant support
Collaborating with external training vendors managing purchase orders and ensuring timely payments
Monitoring and controlling quarterly and annual L&D expenses

Degree in Human Resources Organizational Development Business Administration or a related field
Experience or understanding of learning and development program management
Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and reporting tools
Familiarity with behavioral training content creation and delivery
A certification in L&D training or facilitation is a plus
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
