Scheduled Weekly Hours:
36We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Certified Surgical Tech to join our Heart Team! This is a full-time position offering day shifts!
What you will do:
Fulltime 72 hours biweekly (0.9 FTE)
9-hour shifts: primarily day shifts (6:15am-3:45pm)
Night and Weekend call rotation. Call response time is 30 minutes or less
Holiday Rotation
This position will support the heart team!
Assists physician as scrub person according to prescribed standards. Assist RN in performing circulating duties as directed
Performs primarily in the scrub role preparing selecting maintaining equipment instruments and supplies.
What you need:
Graduate from an accredited surgical tech program
Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification within 2 years of hire date
Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers (with hands on learning) from one of the following programs; American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
What you will get:
$15k sign on bonus for those who have 1 or more years of experience as a CST
$10k sign on bonus for those who are new grads!
Starting pay is $33.90/ hour more for experience!
