Position Summary
The HIC 2 works independently. The employee must be able to answer the phone lines in a courteous and polite manner. The employee must be able to direct all calls or be willing to find the information requested by the caller. The employee must be knowledgeable in computer skills fax machine and copier. The employee must be flexible and willing to move to a different workstation when asked. To prepare and maintain patent data in order to verify patients eligibility status during the hospital admissions process.
