Your Job
What this role looks like.
- Facilitating the adoption of agile ways of working within the product line including the respectivemanagement team
- Sharing agile knowledge and perspectives and acting as a mentor and coach to advise (Chief) Product Owners and Product Line Owners
- Providing support in removing barriers and in overcoming impediments
- Collaborating with the Scrum Master to raise awareness among stakeholders outside the Agile/Scrum team for what is needed to efficiently interact with the Agile/Scrum team and supporting them to implement these learnings into their interactions with the team for maximum value creation
- Providing assistance in assessing the agile maturity of different teams in order to determine what can support the teams on their journey and address their needs e.g. in collaboration with management
Your Profile
What you bring with you.
- Strong mentoring facilitation and coaching skills
- Agile values principles and mindset
- Ability toutilise and instil an agile mindset and toolset as well as agile values principles and good practices
- Excellent presentation and communication skills which includes knowing how to listen and empathy
- High level of self-organisationand time management skills
- Good understanding of the overall IT architectures IT service landscape and applications in the respective area
