Centurion is proud to be the provider ofmedical health servicesto the Georgia Department of Corrections.
We are currently seeking a full-time Statewide Infection Control Coordinatorto join our Georgia Regional OfficeTeam. This is a remote position however candidates must reside within the State of Georgia.
Salary: $99000
The Statewide Infection Control Coordinatorcoordinates with all the sites statewide to collect interpret and report data in a systematic manner to the state. This individual will collect care plan development and provision of care for patients with acute and chronic infectious disease and serve as a consultant to our sites physicians and other healthcare professions regarding care tracking and reporting of patients identified with infectious disease and will be responsible to presenting data collected to the state.
Qualifications
- Georgia RN license or ability to obtain license
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing or related field
- Three (3) years experience in Infection Control; CIC Certification in Infection Control stronglypreferred
- Experience in correctional healthcare preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (WordExcel PowerPoint)
- Must be able to pass background investigation and obtain agency security clearance
- Experience with data analysis strongly preferred
- Travel to sites may be required
