Overview:
We are seeking two experienced IT Project Managers to support a rapidly growing portfolio of IT initiatives at a leading law firm in Philadelphia. Ideal candidates will have a proven ability to manage multiple concurrent technology projects particularly in software implementation and cloud migration and thrive in fast-paced minimally supervised environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver multiple IT projects simultaneously with a focus on software rollouts and infrastructure upgrades.
- Collaborate closely with the finance team on high-priority ongoing and newly launched initiatives.
- Drive project execution from planning to delivery ensuring timelines budgets and scope are met.
- Utilize Jira to manage project tasks timelines and dependencies.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication among stakeholders including IT finance and leadership teams.
- Adapt quickly to the firms systems culture and security protocols.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5 years of IT project management experience in enterprise environments.
- Experience managing software implementation projects and/or cloud migration initiatives.
- Prior experience working in a law firm or regulated industry is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated ability to hit the ground running and work independently.
