Job Description

Job Summary (List Format) for Verification Engineer at HBM Micron Technology Inc.:

- Analyze both digital and analog circuits in the development of advanced memory products.
- Characterize standard (STD) cells (up to 40% of time).
- Perform static timing analysis (STA) at various levels (block cell and full chip) (60% of time).
- Write and review ARC for STD cell characterization using tools such as PrimeLib and Silicon Smart.
- Conduct .lib QA checks to ensure quality and reliability of library files.
- Understand circuits at both block and full-chip levels.
- Write constraints and analyze static timing analysis reports.
- Report timing violations to the Design team and drive closure of these issues.
- Perform parasitic modeling and assist with design validation reticle experiments and tape-out revisions as needed.
- Execute verification processes using modeling and simulation with industry-standard simulators.
- Facilitate cross-group communication to support standardization and collective success.
- Contribute to innovation for future memory generations in a dynamic work environment.
- Collaborate regularly with various design and verification teams within Micron.

Desired Experience: 3-5 years in relevant fields.
Certification: TSMC Certification required.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm (8 hours/day).
