Job Description
Job Location: 6 Head of the Bay Rd. Bourne MA 02532
Job Duration:6 Months Extension
Hours: M-F 8:30 AM - 5 PM EST
Retail - Offsite - field work (traveling from store to store; mileage reimbursement approved; using personal vehicle)
Interview Process 1 round w/ Mgr (on-camera 30 mins max)
Please note: ***BACKGROUND MUST INCLUDE MVR CHECK FOR THIS ROLE DUE TO DRIVING***
Experience:
- Previous computer hardware printer customer service
- Assist local FTS Technicians in completing projects installing computer equipment and running service calls.
- Work alone under guidance and drive between several CVS locations on a daily basis performing these duties.
Education:
- High school diploma
- Certifications and other degrees a plus
- Previous Field work is a huge plus. (ex. driving site to site managing tickets etc.). Please list any experience on top of resume
- Hardware repair experience
- Have ability to work on their own
- Lift 75lbs
- Work flexible hours
- Work approximately 40 hours per week in Cape Cod MA area.
- Worker will assist in running service calls and installing computer and printer hardware in CVS stores. Locations to be visited will be in the local MA area.
- Some drive times may be an hour or two in each direction. A permanent CVS FTS employee will provide direction and support on a daily basis.
- Worker must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation to drive themselves between several CVS locations on a daily basis.
- Worker will be reimbursed for miles driven on weekly expense report at CVS reimbursement rate.
- Must have previous hardware repair experience have ability to work on their own lift 75lbs work flexible hours complete required paperwork and have excellent customer service skills. Schedule will be 40 hours per week and might include weekends and holidays as part of normal work days.
- This is not a work from home position it requires driving to different stores throughout the day.
- Communicate daily with local Team Lead for direction
- Drive to CVS locations (must have own transportation)
- Complete assigned projects and tasks
- Install computer equipment
- Run service tickets
