Location: Round Rock TX 78665
Shift: 12 HR Days 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM
Guaranteed Hours: (36 hours/week)
Compensation: Based on experience (Negotiable)

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to determine patient and family care needs.
• Develop implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Modify plans based on patient outcomes and ongoing evaluations.
• Establish and maintain therapeutic relationships with patients and families.
• Promote patient education and empower individuals and families with healthcare knowledge.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide cohesive patient-centered care.
• Delegate tasks appropriately and ensure timely follow-up.
• Document learning needs and care progress accurately and consistently.
• Employ problem-solving strategies in care planning and delivery.
• Maintain a commitment to professional development and community service.
• Ensure safety efficiency and effectiveness in all aspects of patient care.

• Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program
• Major: Nursing
• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or must be obtained within 30 days of hire)
