Registered Nurse Intensive Care Unit (Permanent Role) Location: Grapevine TX 76051
Shift: 12 HR Days 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM
Guaranteed Hours: (36 hours/week)
Compensation: Based on experience (Negotiable)
Essential Functions: - Conduct detailed and accurate clinical assessments.
- Prioritize and address patient and family needs through individualized care plans.
- Implement and evaluate care strategies adjusting as needed for optimal patient outcomes.
- Establish and maintain therapeutic relationships with patients and their families.
- Advocate for patients by incorporating their values and beliefs into care planning.
- Provide education to patients families and the community empowering informed healthcare decisions.
- Regularly assess and document learning needs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
- Delegate responsibilities appropriately and ensure timely follow-up.
- Utilize diverse problem-solving approaches in collaboration with staff patients and families.
- Promote patient safety and efficiency in care delivery.
- Contribute to a culture of teamwork professional development and community service.

- Basic computer literacy including EMR systems Microsoft Office and hospital applications.
Qualifications: - Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associates or Bachelors degree in Nursing).
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or obtained within 30 days of hire.
- Minimum of 1 years of recent ICU experience required.
