Job Description
Physical Therapist with Pelvic Floor certification needed in GRANBY CO Must be certified in Pelvic Floor and experienced in outpatient orthopedic sports and general rehab with some inpatient. We are Critical Access Hospital with busy outpatient clinic situated between Winter Park Ski Area and Rocky Mountain National Park. Middle Park Health Granby Colorado is in the High Rockies 1 1/2 hr west of Denver via Intertstate 70 Shift: Days - Four 10 hour days and rotating weekend call. Nearby Housing is available for minimum reduction in inclusive rate. No pets no families no smoking no long term guests.
