Required Skills
Ui (User Interface) Design: The candidate must have a strong understanding of UI cross-browser compatibility general web functions and standards.
Java Server Pages (JSP): The candidate should have a deep understanding of JSP and its core concepts.
Leadership Skills: The candidate should have proven experience in leading a team of developers managing project timelines and delivering results.
A Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field is required.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of HTML CSS and JavaScript.
Experience with RESTful services.
Understanding of Agile methodologies.
Proficiency in Oracle or other relational databases.
Knowledge of Spring Framework.
Experience with version control systems like Git.
Familiarity with continuous integration.
Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD).
Excellent problem-solving skills.
