Location: Washington DC - Hybrid/Remote- Preferred local candidates from DMV areas

Expertise:
Lead and oversee the design and construction of federal facilities ensuring compliance with client standards and regulations.
Manage project timelines budgets and resources to ensure successful project completion.
Coordinate with architects engineers contractors and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure quality and safety standards are maintained.
Develop and implement project plans including risk management and mitigation strategies.
Provide technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare and present project reports and updates to clients and senior management.
