Job Description
Manager Notes:
- This position is onsite WHQ and the manager will be looking for local candidates first.
- Looking for candidates with 5 YOE minimum from the retail industry ideally large scale enterprise level environments.
- Must have a retail background with a strong fundamental understanding of retail math.
- Previous Nike experience highly preferred.
- Must have experience with Excel Tableau
- Must have extensive external merchandise planning experience and technical proficient in in excel and power point.
- If the candidate has 09 planning tool experience that would be highly desireable.
- Must be able to read/interpret retail planning KPIs
- Must be able to tell stories through data.
SUMMARY
Analyzes plans conducts and/or prepares plans or procedures that provide operational and/or technical support to business operations to achieve specific objectives. Advises business groups by providing direction to initiative prioritization integration and resource application. Maintains ongoing communication and engagement with stakeholders. Tracks maintains and provides current information on the operations business scorecard. Ensures effective and efficient operations through conducting operations analyses (i.e. operational effectiveness and capacity utilization) and recommends improvements
