Job Description

Job Title: Project Manager

Location: San Mateo CA United States (Hybrid)

Duration: 12 months Contract (Possible extension)

Scope of Work:

  • Project Manager will manage cross-functional project team. Develop and maintain project plan and ensure project milestones and tasks are completed on budget and on schedule. Manage risks and issues log.
  • Project Manager will organize the teams to comply with CalAIM initiative that will impact SMCs clinical systems (i.e. Epic).

Requirements:

  • The Project Manager must be located in California with a strong preference for candidates in the Bay Area. The selected individual must also be able to pass a background check and obtain clearance for access to the jail facility.
  • 5 7 years of project management experience preferably in healthcare or public sector environments
  • Experience with the CalAIM initiative.
  • Strong communication organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of Epic systems (certification not required)..
  • Experience as a Business Analyst or in roles involving requirements gathering and workflow documentation.

Education & Experience:

  • 5-7 years of Project Management experience.
  • Bachelor Degree or Experience.
