Job Title: Oracle EPM Consultant PBCS / Essbase
Location: Boston MA (Onsite 4 Days/Week)

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle EPM Consultant with deep expertise in PBCS (Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service) and Essbase. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in design development administration and support of Oracle EPM solutions. This is an onsite role based in Boston MA 4 days a week).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the administration development and support of Oracle PBCS and Essbase environments.
- Design and implement data forms business rules and workflows for budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders for requirement gathering and solution design.
- Build and maintain both BSO and ASO applications.
- Provide proactive technical support and troubleshooting for end-users and system-related issues.
- Develop and manage data load rules mappings and integrations for efficient data processing.
- Ensure high availability and performance of EPM environments.
- Work independently to diagnose resolve and prevent technical issues.
Must-Have Skills:
- Oracle PBCS / EPBCS
- Essbase (BSO/ASO)
- EPM Automate
- Data Management (data load rules metadata mappings)
- SQL
Good to Have:
- ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service)
Qualifications:
- 10 years of hands-on experience in Oracle EPM (PBCS/Essbase).
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced client-facing environment.
