Job Description
Job Title: Dynamics 365 / Salesforce Data Analyst (with SAP S4 Integration)
Location: San Jose CA
Job Type: Contract
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Salesforce and SAP S4/HANA to support enterprise data initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for data mapping integration and analytics to support business decision-making across Sales Marketing and Finance domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and map data from Salesforce to Dynamics 365 ensuring accurate data migration and integrity.
- Define and validate data models field mappings and data quality standards.
- Collaborate with business and engineering teams to gather and document detailed data requirements.
- Design data integration workflows across Salesforce Dynamics 365 SAP ECC and Databricks for Power BI reporting and financial KPIs.
- Develop dashboards and reports in Power BI and Tableau using integrated datasets.
- Write efficient SQL SparkSQL and Python scripts to manipulate and analyze large data sets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Managers Engineering QA) to support data-related planning QA testing UAT and post-release support.
- Support Agile development processes sprint planning and production cutovers.
- Lead or support the migration of users and data from to Dynamics.
- Leverage enterprise data sources (ADLS Hadoop Kafka etc. for data lake and lakehouse initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise data governance and best practices.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field (MBA a plus).
- 4 years of experience in data analytics data product ownership or BSA roles.
- Strong proficiency in SQL SparkSQL and Python.
- Proven experience working with Databricks Power BI Tableau and enterprise data platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 data structures and Salesforce CRM.
- Hands-on experience with data migration integration and reporting from Dynamics SAP and other systems.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced agile environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Kafka and Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS).
- Familiarity with data governance data quality frameworks and QA validation.
- Experience supporting post-go-live activities including training and hypercare.
