Job Description
Job Title: Gen AI Architect
Location: Charlotte NC (Onsite)
Experience Required: 10 20 years
Were looking for a Gen AI Architect with deep expertise in building and deploying generative AI applications especially on Azure cloud platforms. Youll lead the design and implementation of advanced AI systems working with large language models agentic workflows and cloud-native tools. This role requires strong technical skills leadership ability and a passion for solving complex problems using AI.
Key Skills
- Experience with Agentic AI workflows
- Strong knowledge of Azure OpenAI service and Azure AI Search
- Skilled in Python and LLM prompting techniques
- Familiar with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Solid understanding of machine learning NLP and computer vision
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure AWS GCP)
- Knowledge of DevOps practices for AI system deployment
- Background in data mapping and transformation (preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and deploy Gen AI applications on Azure commercial or government cloud
- Build scalable AI architectures for production environments
- Develop and optimize agentic AI workflows and LLM-based solutions
- Collaborate with product managers researchers and business teams
- Lead AI system integration with enterprise platforms
- Ensure performance reliability and scalability of AI systems
- Mentor junior team members and guide technical decisions
- Apply deep learning frameworks to solve real-world problems
- Support ongoing maintenance and improvement of deployed AI models
- Drive innovation and best practices in Gen AI development
