Job Description

Department: GCS Processing & Analytics (GCSPA) part of Global Corporate Solutions
Appointment Type: 2-year Term
Shift Timing: Night shift 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM IST)

The Program Associate will support transaction processing financial reporting and client service operations within the Corporate Real Estate and Services functions. Based in Chennai the role involves SAP-based processing budget reporting data analysis audit support and direct interaction with global stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Process lease vendor and consultant transactions in SAP.

  • Support financial operations including budgeting reconciliations and analytics.

  • Perform quality assurance on transactions exceeding $100 million.

  • Collaborate with HQ teams and respond to client/vendor queries.

  • Assist in documentation for audits and policy compliance.

Candidates Profile:

  • Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or Business Administration.

  • 3 years of relevant experience in financial or transaction processing.

  • Proficiency in SAP Excel and ideally macros or Access.

  • Strong analytical communication and client service skills.

  • Ability to work independently and handle complex tasks with accuracy.
