Job Description
Job Title: Oracle EBS Fusion Functional Consultant RTR (GL)
Key Requirements:
- Experience Level: 8 10 years
- Specialization: Strong functional expertise in Oracle EBS R12 and/or Oracle Fusion GL (General Ledger)
- Proven experience in Record to Report (RTR) cycle including:
- GL setup & configuration
- Journal processing
- Reconciliation
- Period close
- Financial reporting
- Ability to gather business requirements map to Oracle functionality and configure solutions
- Experience with implementations enhancements and support projects
- Strong understanding of integrations between GL and other sub-ledgers/modules like AP AR FA Projects etc.
- Proficiency in Fusion Financials (GL) is a must (if Fusion experience is limited strong EBS GL experience is required)
- Ability to write functional specifications perform unit testing and support UAT
- Good knowledge of localizations tax setups and regulatory compliance aspects (preferred)

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong documentation and presentation capabilities
- Able to work independently and within a team
- Comfortable with cross-functional collaboration
