Manage end-to-end recruitment onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
Handle employee relations grievances and conflict resolution to maintain a healthy work environment.
Oversee performance appraisal systems and facilitate training and development programs.
Ensure compliance with labour laws statutory requirements and company policies.
Manage payroll processing attendance leave records and benefits administration.
Supervise administrative operations including facility management vendor coordination and office supplies.
Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review.
Maintain confidential employee records and ensure data security.
Support management in strategic planning for manpower and organizational development.
Organize staff welfare activities engagement programs and internal communication.
Bachelor s/Master s Degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR and Administrative roles with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
Strong knowledge of HR practices labour laws and compliance regulations.
Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HRMS software and MS Office Suite.
Strong problem-solving and conflict management abilities.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Organizational and multitasking skills to manage HR and admin functions effectively.
