Blue Recruitment Personnel is pleased to recruit on behalf of a respected temperature-controlled logistics operator in Ely.
We are looking for experienced Class 1 (C E) HGV Drivers seeking stable long-term roles with a strong employer reputation.

We are looking for experienced Class 1 (C E) HGV Drivers seeking stable long-term roles with a strong employer reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute nationwide trunking and multi-drop deliveries
- Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle checks ensuring Driver Hours compliance
- Deliver chilled or frozen consignments safely and on time
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and professional client conduct
- Valid UK Class 1 (C E) licence, Driver CPC, and Digital Tachograph Card
- Up to six penalty points (excluding DD/DR/IN convictions)
- Minimum of 6 months' HGV Class 1 driving experience—temperature-controlled logistics preferred
- Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious attitude
- Hourly pay of £17.00 – £19.50, depending on shift type, experience
- Guaranteed minimum hours and possible shift bonuses
- Modern, well-serviced vehicles and driver-centric depot facilities
- Long-term contracts and the ability to build rhythm and consistency
- Flexible options: Day, Night, and Weekend shifts
- Rota styles such as 4-on/4-off or Monday–Friday, tailored to driver preference
- Shift durations typically range between 10–12 hours
