Job Description
Were hiring a Quality Assurance Manager to join a well-established industry-leading manufacturer in the Ossining NY area. This is a high-impact role where youll take ownership of quality systems drive continuous improvement and ensure product excellence from the ground up.
What Youll Be Doing:
Leading internal audits and driving compliance with ISO 9001 & AS9100 standards
Overseeing QA documentation SOPs and quality performance metrics
Collaborating with engineering and production teams to improve systems and solve problems
Coaching a team and creating a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For:
5 years of quality leadership in a manufacturing or production environment
Deep understanding of ISO/AS standards and process control
Strong communication and cross-functional team skills
A hands-on solutions-first mindset you get in the weeds and elevate the whole team
