Job Description
Captura Hall is seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Coordinator to support project planning and execution across multiple departments. This role will ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and aligned with organizational objectives. You will act as the connective force between clients internal teams and stakeholders to facilitate workflow and ensure smooth project operations.
Responsibilities
Assist in the development of detailed project plans and timelines
Monitor project progress and maintain documentation
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects
Schedule and facilitate project meetings and status updates
Track deliverables and communicate with team members and leadership
Identify potential risks or issues and provide proactive solutions
Ensure all projects adhere to frameworks and documentation standards
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Project Management or related field
2 years of experience in project coordination or similar role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficient in project management tools (e.g. MS Project Trello Asana)
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and meet deadlines
