We are seeking a dedicated Sales Assistant to support our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in the coordination of sales activities client support and administrative operations. This position offers the opportunity to develop key skills in a professional and fast-paced business setting.
Responsibilities
Assist sales representatives with preparing proposals presentations and client documentation
Maintain organized records of sales activity follow-ups and reporting
Respond to client inquiries and provide accurate information in a timely manner
Coordinate meetings schedule appointments and support event logistics when necessary
Track inventory and assist in product/order management
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth sales operations
Prepare sales reports and assist in forecasting and market research
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree preferred
1 year of experience in sales support administration or customer service
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
