Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Service Account Assistant to support our client service operations. The ideal candidate will assist with account management tasks ensure client satisfaction and help maintain efficient communication and follow-ups. This role is essential to keeping our client relationships strong and our internal processes smooth.
Responsibilities
Assist with day-to-day client account management and communications
Support account executives in preparing service reports and performance summaries
Schedule meetings follow-ups and track client feedback
Update client records and maintain organized account files
Coordinate with service delivery teams to meet client expectations
Handle inquiries and escalate issues appropriately
Assist with billing documentation and general administrative tasks
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Associates degree or higher in Business Administration Communications or related field
1 year of experience in client service administrative support or account coordination
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
