We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Account Representative to join our team in Boston this role you will serve as the primary liaison between our clients and internal teams ensuring the highest level of satisfaction and service. Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts
Build and maintain strong long-lasting client relationships
Resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
Analyze client feedback and provide actionable insights
Track account metrics and report on client satisfaction and retention
Ensure contract and service agreement compliance
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Communications or related field
13 years of experience in account management customer service or client relations
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Problem-solving mindset with a customer-focused attitude
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
