Job Description
Reporting to the Head of FP&A youll be the go-to partner for commercial performance working across departments to turn data into direction. Youll help shape and lead the financial reporting framework drive strategic planning and forecasting and play a pivotal role in aligning business performance with measurable objectives and outcomes.
This role is perfect for a finance leader who thrives in a collaborative fast-paced environment and brings both analytical rigour and commercial savviness.
What Youll Be Doing:
Lead the implementation and enhancement of a consistent reporting framework across the business
Partner closely with Finance Business Partners and senior stakeholders to understand needs influence decision-making and drive transformational improvements
Deliver clear actionable reporting and analysis of actuals vs. budget/forecast highlighting key drivers and areas for optimisation
Support planning and forecasting cycles including financial modelling and scenario analysis
Drive establishment and tracking of company-wide OKRs and performance metrics
Prepare monthly operational and financial reports with insights that drive strategy
Conduct deep-dive analysis on financial and operational data to extract insights
Collaborate with teams across Technology People & Talent Sales Marketing and Operations
Continuously identify and implement process improvements and reporting efficiencies
Qualifications :
Extensive experience in commercial finance FP&A or business partnering
Tertiary qualifications in Finance Accounting or Economics
CA or CFA qualification preferred
Strong 3-way modelling and advanced Excel/financial analysis skills
A proven track record in budget management forecasting and performance analysis
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders
A results-driven strategic thinker who can work with ambiguity and solve complex problems
Highly collaborative accountable and detail-oriented
