Job Description
The Director Underground Injection & Disposal will lead and support a wide range of Underground Injection Control (UIC) projects including wastewater disposal reservoir storage and carbon sequestration. This role blends deep technical expertise in engineering with strong business acumen and client engagement skills.
This position will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of engineers geologists and business partners to deliver integrated consulting services across both surface and subsurface addition to technical leadership you will play a key role in business developmentbuilding client relationships expanding project portfolios and identifying new growth opportunities.
Qualifications :
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Bachelors or masters degree in engineering (Petroleum Geothermal Chemical Mechanical Civil Geological or related field) from an accredited institution
- Minimum 20 years of progressive experience in UIC engineering
- Proven track record of successful business development within the UIC industry
- At least 10 years of demonstrated leadership in managing mentoring and guiding multidisciplinary teams
