We need a Sales Operations & Salesforce Specialist to manage our sales tools improve business processes and create better customer experiences.
What Youll Do
Salesforce Management
- Manage Salesforce CRM and sales order processing tools (ESOP ASOP ISOP)
- Update systems with sales contracts
- Configure products including events sponsorships and digital offerings
Expert Support
- Help sales teams with contract validation and invoicing issues
- Update event floorplans
- Connect Customer Service and Event Operations teams
- Ensure smooth customer handovers after sales
Sales Activities
- Support pre-show and onsite rebook efforts
- Keep sales figures accurate across all systems
- Prepare reports and forecasts for budget meetings
- Create presentations for strategy discussions

- Experience working with multiple stakeholders
Required Skills
- Proactive problem-solving for internal customers
- Experience with Microsoft tools and Salesforce CRM
- Strong data analysis abilities
- Advanced Excel skills
Bonus Experience
- Previous Salesforce CRM work
- Background in B2B or B2C events industry
