Job Description

What are your contributions to the team

  • Manage customer accounts with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service and satisfaction.
  • Oversee transaction details to ensure smooth and efficient processing.
  • Consistently deliver high-quality results that surpass customer expectations.
  • Represent and reinforce the  brand in every customer interaction. 
  •  Grer les comptes clients en mettant laccent sur la prestation dun service exceptionnel et la satisfaction des clients.
  •    Superviser les dtails des transactions afin dassurer un traitement fluide et efficace.
  •    Fournir systmatiquement des rsultats de haute qualit qui dpassent les attentes des clients.
  •    Reprsenter et renforcer la marque Bombardier dans chaque interaction avec les clients. 

Comment russir dans ce rle

  •   Vous tes titulaire dun diplme universitaire en administration des affaires en htellerie ou dans un domaine technique pertinent.
  •   Vous avez 2 4 ans dexprience dans le service la clientle (une exprience dans un centre   dappels est un atout).
  • Vous avez de solides comptences informatiques et vous tes familiaris avec les technologies actuelles.
  • Vous matrisez parfaitement langlais et le franais ( lcrit et loral).
  • Vous vous panouissez dans un environnement en constante volution.

 


Qualifications :

  • You have a college degree in business administration hospitality or a relevant technical field.
  • You have 2-4 years of customer service experience (call center experience is a plus).
  • You have strong computer skills and familiarity with current technology.
  • You have excellent command of the English language and French (both written and spoken)
  • You thrive in a changing environment.
  • You deliver impactful experiences consistently.
  • You have after-sales customer service experience (preferred).
  • You have familiarity with software tools (SAP Zendesk Salesforce etc.) (preferred).
  • This position is a 24/7 schedule operations environment and you are to be ready to work on different shifts and during holidays.
