Job Description

Fairmont the Red Sea located in the beautiful coastal city of Umluj Saudi Arabia is seeking a dynamic and experienced In Room Dining Manager to join our luxury hospitality team. As the In Room Dining Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing our in-room dining operations ensuring exceptional guest experiences and leading a dedicated team of professionals.

  • Manage and optimize the daily operations of the in-room dining department
  • Lead train and motivate a team of in-room dining staff to deliver exceptional service
  • Develop and implement innovative menu concepts that align with guest preferences and hotel standards
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance including budgeting cost control and revenue optimization
  • Oversee inventory management and maintain optimal stock levels
  • Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices in in-room dining services
  • Handle guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance the overall dining experience
  • Participate in strategic planning and contribute to the hotels overall success

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in in-room dining or restaurant management preferably in luxury hospitality settings
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations menu planning and current culinary trends
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and point-of-sale systems
  • Strong financial acumen including budgeting and cost control
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Food safety certification
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
  • Familiarity with luxury hospitality standards and expectations
  • Adaptability to work in a multicultural environment
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus


Additional Information :

  • Understanding of Ultra-Luxury guest expectations and brand alignment.
  • experience in project coordination scheduling and document control during pre-Opening stages.
  • Experience in pre-Opening is a must.
  • A proactive anticipatory approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Impeccable grooming and personal presentation aligned with Luxury standards.
