What you will be doing:
Reporting to the Director Food & Beverage the Food & Beverage Administrator provides vital support for the effective and organized operation of the Food & Beverage division.
Administrative & Operational Support
- Provide administrative support to the F&B leadership team.
- Coordinate dining reservations group forecasts special requests and internal communications.
- Prepare daily reports for operational meetings and maintain current files for forecasts operating hours and group resumes.
- Process all non-food/beverage purchase orders and maintain stationary and supply inventory.
- Collaborate with Restaurant Managers and Chefs on menu development editing and distribution.
- Ensure accurate menu rollouts and updates in Silverware.
- Monitor and assist in coordinating bi-weekly payroll for the F&B department.
- Liaise with restaurant reservation to maintain accurate online booking information.
- Maintain and distribute internal documents such as Restaurant Flat Sheets and IRD Amenity Catalogue.
- Respond to all large party and tour group inquiries; coordinate details with operations before confirming bookings.
- Coordinate bookings with hotel partners like tours
- Monitor and assist the response of the online reviews
- Maintain strict confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism in all F&B-related matters.

Qualifications :
Your experience and skills include:
- Previous experience in an administrative role required
- Minimum one year of administrative/coordinator/sales experience preferred
- At least one year of Food & Beverage experience; supervisory role is an asset
- Highly organized and detail-oriented able to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Discreet and professional with the ability to handle confidential information
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both verbal and written
- Strong computer proficiency including Microsoft Office
- Professional phone manner and guest service mindset
- University or College degree in a related field is an asset
