Position Highlights

Perform detailed part prep including washing sanding and plugging

Set up parts on the line and apply powder using standard application techniques

Review parts post-coating for finish consistency and completeness

Handle minor troubleshooting and communicate issues to the team

Maintain safety cleanliness and efficiency in your work zone
What Youll Bring

2 years in industrial or powder painting environments

Understanding of coating standards and finish tolerances

Ability to pivot between projects while maintaining quality

Experience with production documentation or inspection criteria
Nice to Have

Familiarity with paint booth maintenance

Exposure to robotics or semi-automated coating systems

Cross-training in quality or assembly roles
