Role description:
Arcadis is currently searching for an Entry-Level Process Mechanical Engineer to support our team in Toledo OH.
The scope of work will vary by project but the focus will be on process mechanical engineering with our Water Team. Of equal importance this role will require an excellent communicator and ideal team player assisting with project delivery on behalf of the team.
Role accountabilities:
As an Entry-Level Process Mechanical Engineer you will work closely with the project team members on water and wastewater design projects assisting with the project delivery as part of the team. You will perform engineering analyses modeling and calculations and prepare or support preparation detailed design drawings and specifications. You will provide technical support for regional business development activities (e.g. face-to-face client interactions site visits technical training for client staff workshop presentations on treatment technology planning regulatory frameworks etc.). Interacting and corresponding with clients local and remote Arcadis staff permitting agencies and other consulting firms in the execution of engineering projects will also be a part of your day-to-day responsibilities.

We are seeking an entry-level candidate with strong organizational skills a solid work ethic and a keen ability to learn the business. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and team-oriented thriving both independently and collaboratively within diverse team environments. Strong interpersonal skills are essential for effectively leading or working alongside staff clients and stakeholders. A positive attitude towards assignments is crucial along with the initiative ability and agility to take on new projects and challenges regularly. The candidate should possess the capability to balance and address new challenges as they arise. Familiarity or experience with CAD AutoCAD Revit and/or MicroStation is also desired. Additionally the candidate must hold a current valid drivers license and maintain a clean driving record.

We offer nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO that accrue per salary range for this position is $49.390 - $79023. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors such as experience education budget internal equity project and location.
