Job Description
Sonepar Management Group (SMG) supports our Sonepar brands (i.e. operating companies) in the US through a shared services model. These services include but are not limited to: human resources finance digital enterprise supply chain vendor relations marketing legal and communications. The SMG teams enable our brands to do business in their local regions while taking advantage of the scale and collective resources of a global enterprise.
Product Owner Digital E-Commerce Solutions
Location: On-site Irving TX or Broomfield CO
Are you passionate about building customer-centric digital solutions Do you thrive in agile environments and love collaborating across teams to deliver impactful results Sonepar is looking for a Product Owner to lead the development and evolution of our digital e-commerce platform.
What Youll Do:
As a Product Owner youll be the voice of the customer and the strategic leader of our digital solutions. Youll work closely with agile development teams business stakeholders and product managers to deliver best-in-class digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritize work manage the product backlog and assess value for inbound requests
- Collaborate with agile development teams to meet unique customer needs
- Coordinate with other Product Owners to manage dependencies and improve processes
- Ensure user stories are clearly defined and implemented accurately
- Monitor and evaluate product performance to meet business goals
- Participate in roadmapping and strategic planning with stakeholders
What You Bring:
- 5 years as a Product Owner or Product Manager
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Business Administration or a related field
- Authorized to work in the United States as a United States Citizen or Green Card holder
- Ability to commute to and work out of our Irving TX or Broomfield CO location daily
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital technologies
- Proven experience in Agile environments (SAFe methodology a plus)
- Excellent communication collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the (electric) distribution industry
- Knowledge of UX design principles
- Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools
