This role involves troubleshooting problem-solving and working with various technologies to ensure optimal system performancebuilding collaborative working relationships internally and externally. Attendance and schedule adherence are the requirements of this position. When the onsite presence is not needed the Deskside Technician can work from home.
The position is also designed to provide a Backfill Service for the OSS team.
