- Plan and create strategic brand-aligned content across email social media product pages and video platforms.
- Lead and mentor junior content team members ensuring quality and consistency.
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all channels.
- Write scripts for videos and repurpose content from podcasts webinars and interviews.
- Collaborate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to a unified content calendar.
- Review and edit marketing content for clarity grammar and brand alignment.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners for content production and approvals.
- Analyse content performance and recommend improvements to boost engagement.
- Stay updated with industry trends and conduct competitive content benchmarking.
- Lead high-impact content projects including campaigns launches and executive communications.
Qualification & Skills:
- BBA/ MBA
- 3 to 4 years of relevant Experience
- Content creator (Copywriting Marketing Promotional)
- Vendor/agency coordination
- Social media management (keyword research)
- Scriptwriting & Video Editing
- Email marketing platforms
