Position: Account/Process Trainer (Taguig) Onsite
Responsibilities:
- Training Needs Analysis:
- Accurately identify training requirements.
- Provide ongoing support on the floor to reinforce learning and enhance performance.
- Curriculum and Course Design:
- Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of course design processes from start to finish.
- Content Development:
- Show thorough knowledge of content creation and apply appropriate methodologies.
- Course Delivery:
- Use effective training techniques and methods to facilitate learning.
- Research Methodology:
- Possess basic understanding of research principles to conduct ethical and effective research with guidance.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in any field
- Minimum of 4 years of overall experience in the BPO industry with at least 2 years as a trainer within BPO or shared services
- Preferably have a background or knowledge in tech support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willing to work in rotating shifts at BGC Taguig
- Must be willing to work onsite
