Work Experience:
- 2 to 3 years of experience as a Team Lead in a sales line of business (required)
- Experience in managing KPIs related to sales quotas for various products
- Strong skills in handling objections
Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Management: Lead motivate and coach travel sales agents to achieve and surpass sales targets. Responsible for hiring training and developing team members.
- Sales Performance & Strategy: Track and analyze sales data identify areas for improvement and formulate strategies to boost sales and profitability. This includes setting sales plans monitoring trends and preparing reports.
- Customer Service & Operations: Ensure the team delivers excellent customer service provides expert travel advice and offers customized solutions. Manage and resolve customer issues and complaints effectively.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with other departments such as operations and product development to ensure smooth service delivery. Maintain strong relationships and clear communication with clients and vendors.
