Job Summary:
Our client a retail company is seeking a Baker to prepare fresh bakery products while ensuring quality hygiene and consistency. The role requires baking experience attention to detail and the ability to work early shifts weekends and under airport security supervision.
Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs and batters for various breads pastries and baked goods.
- Operate baking equipment (ovens mixers proofers etc.).
- Monitor baking processes and adjust as necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of baking area.
- Assist with stock control and ingredient ordering.
- Ensure all products meet visual and taste quality.
Main Requirements:
- Proven experience as a baker.
- Good understanding of food safety regulations.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to work early mornings or shifts.
Working Conditions:
- Shift-based work schedule (early mornings evenings weekends public holidays).
- Standing for extended periods.
- Work under airport security supervision.
