Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Data Architect to join our PLM Centric NGPLM Platform team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in shaping and maintaining data architecture standards focusing on efficient data modeling integration and exchange across the enterprise PLM ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement data architecture guidelines including data modeling access and integration contract design.
- Lead the design and execution of data exchanges between PLM and other enterprise systems.
- Partner with Value Stream stakeholders and leadership to understand business needs and deliver effective data solutions.
- Work closely with the Centric Hub team to define and document data contracts and perform data mapping.

Execute large-scale data migration using ETL techniques.
- Ensure seamless integration and alignment of data flows with business processes and systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5 to 8 years of strong knowledge of Retail PLM systems and data models preferably Centric PLM.
- Proven experience in ETL processes and tools for large-scale data migration.

Proficiency in working with JSON and XML data formats.
- Solid understanding of data architecture principles including data access transformation and contract management.
- Excellent analytical communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in PLM-Centric integrations or similar enterprise platform ecosystems.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps principles in data projects.
