The Position
We are seeking a Sr. Associate Digital Content Manager for developing Digital assets for Interactive Visual Aids (IVA) Emailers and Website pages. This role requires strong technical skills in UI development and effective collaboration with multiple teams and stakeholders.
Some of the Key Responsibilities for this role are:
- Develop and maintain compelling digital assets including Emailers IVAs / E-Detailer slides and web pages to support our brand promotion initiatives
- Conduct thorough unit testing to ensure quality and functionality before handing off deliverables to the Quality Assurance team.
- Proactively work with cross-functional teams to identify issues and implement effective enhancement and provide training and mentorship to junior developers fostering a culture of learning and growth.
- Stay updated with evolving UI technologies and continuously enhance your technical skill set to meet changing business needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to web content and webpage functionality and optimize web pages for maximum speed and scalability ensuring performance metrics are met.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and accessibility standards are adhered to in all website development efforts.
- 70% Production (IVA Emailer & Web pages) 30% - Process Documentation Trainings Support.
Qualifications
- MSc. . B.E or similar graduate degree in relevant field (Computer Science IT Website Development).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Digital content development utilizing web standards such as HTML5 CSS jQuery and JavaScript.
- Good understanding of web standards in conjunction with any CRM platform (OCE personal / Veeva) Strong knowledge of responsive layouts and libraries.
- Skill in JavaScript and any libraries/frameworks is a plus.
- Excellent English communication skills and comfort in working with different cultures.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
About the department
You will be part of the Operations GBS unit which is responsible for creating insights to launch products market intelligence forecasting multichannel customer engagement planning and global brand strategy and tactics. The department also handles project management brand management brand communications and lifecycle management of products.
