We are hiring a Head of Maintenance & Repairs at Target Housing
Location: Rotherham
Job Type: Full-Time permanent

Main Purpose of the role
As a member of the Senior Management Team and reporting to the CEO you will lead the property repairs and maintenance function. Ensuring the delivery of efficient high-quality cost-effective and customer-focused repairs and maintenance services. This includes overseeing reactive and planned maintenance compliance with health and safety standards and continuous improvement of service delivery.

Working hours are generally 9am till 5pm with a 20-minute unpaid lunch break.
We offer
Salary: of 53100 per annum
Annual Leave: You will get an initial 28 days Annual Leave with an additional day a year up to 33 days leave PLUS 8 Bank Holidays.
