What Youll Do:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from client acquisition to candidate placement
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
- Write and post compelling job adverts across platforms
- Screen interview and shortlist candidates
- Negotiate contracts salaries and offers
What Were Looking For:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines
- Confident using recruitment tools and CRM systems
