What this job involves:

As a Senior VP Projects at JLL you will play a crucial role in shaping a brighter future for our clients our company and our employees. Your leadership will empower teams to thrive driving innovation collaboration and success.

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Lead and oversee the execution of large tenant interiors projects ensuring the highest levels of quality and client satisfaction.

• Foster a culture of collaboration within the local PDS team with the JLL Tenant Rep Brokerage team across the global organization enabling cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.

• Drive innovative ways of working constantly seeking new approaches and technologies to enhance project management processes and outcomes.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders working closely with clients to understand their objectives and deliver tailored solutions that exceed expectations.

• Champion the career development of your team providing mentorship guidance and growth opportunities to support their professional advancement.

• Foster a sense of inclusivity and belonging creating a diverse and supportive environment that celebrates different perspectives and enables everyone to thrive.

• Embrace an inspiring innovative and optimistic mindset consistently seeking opportunities to push boundaries and drive impactful change.
• Create opportunities for new business to drive revenue growth
• Participate in presentations and pitches to support Tenant Rep Brokers as well as to sell PDS services.
• Respond to requests for market information budgets schedules and lease reviews in an expedited manner to support Tenant Rep Brokers.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in a related field (such as Architecture Engineering or Construction Management).

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the Commercial Real Estate industry directing and managing intricate projects within the commercial real estate industry.

• Strong track record of delivering large or complex tenant interiors projects on time within budget and to the highest standards of quality preferably in the Atlanta area.

• Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.

• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into action plans.

• Outstanding client relationship management abilities with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences and driving repeat business.

• Demonstrated knowledge of industry best practices regulations and trends.
• Proven ability to drive business development and generate new opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Masters degree in a related field.

• Experience in a global or multi-office environment.

• Knowledge of emerging technologies and their application in project management.

• Involvement in professional organizations within the Atlanta Commercial Real Estate Community.
