Yard Horse Oak Creek WI
Starting pay: $26.19 with a $.70 shift differential for evening shift.
Shift: Evening: 2:30pm-11:00pm Monday-Friday (weekend and overtime as needed)
As a Yard Horse you will be a crucial part of our operations ensuring production equipment and facilities are ready and available when our customers need them.

Primary Responsibilities
- Using a single axle hydraulic five wheel tractor lift truck or other material handling equipment completes the following:
- Moves empty and loaded tankers or van type trailers to or from filling spots shipping receiving docks or trailer staging areas as instructed.
- Weighs trailers when required.
- Starts and checks propane tanks in heater protected trailers.
- Completes safety inspection of the tractor at the start of each shift and ensures there is an adequate supple of fuel at all times in the tractor.
- Inventories trailers or tankwagons at this facility.
- Transports material to and from outside areas various departments loading docks and trucks.
- Must record all movements of material and stock into and out of storage areas on appropriate forms.
- Cleans up equipment and work areas and performs miscellaneous duties related to the above title.
- Follows all established plant safety environmental and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis throughout the day.
- Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred.
- Must be clean shaven to wear proper PPE.
