Job Description:
Construction Leads are responsible for the day-to-day operations of reconstruction projects. Deliver a high quality of service in all dealings with customers clients subcontractors resource providers and company employees involved in performing reconstruction services. They must have a working understanding of leading reconstruction projects from beginning to end and all the skills required to complete that in a professional manner. This includes insulation drywall hanging and finishing painting trim/casing install as well as other skills.
Skills & Experience:
- Remodeling
- Framing & Insulation
- Drywall Hanging & Finishing
- Painting
- Base Casing & Crown Cutting/Install
Qualifications:
- Superb customer service track record
- Effective written and oral communication
- Excellent leadership skills
- Valid drivers license
