Job Title: Manufacturing Planner
Reports To: Engineering Manager
Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Manufacturing Planner to drive production scheduling and ensure seamless workflow across our manufacturing operations. This role plays a vital part in aligning materials machinery and labor to meet production targets efficiently and cost-effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain detailed production schedules based on demand forecasts and operational capacity
Analyze forecasting data to anticipate production needs and constraints
Coordinate manufacturing workflows to support timely and accurate production
Implement strategies to enhance productivity reduce waste and streamline processes
Oversee day-to-day production flow ensuring smooth operation of the facility
Monitor and manage the coordination of one or more product lines
Ensure accuracy timeliness and quality throughout the production lifecycle
Collaborate across departments to align raw materials labor and equipment with production goals
Evaluate and adjust schedules to improve output and optimize resource utilization
Qualifications
3years of experience in a manufacturing planning role
In-depth knowledge of production planning principles and manufacturing processes
Familiarity with quality and engineering standards
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with spreadsheets databases and planning software
Ability to interpret technical documentation and specifications
Excellent organizational written and interpersonal communication skills
